Dr. Marshall S. Lewis M.D. has partnered with Effective Shock Wave Therapy to provide Sonocur treatments for tennis elbow, heel pain (plantar fasciitis), shoulder tendonitis, and achilles tendinitis. Effective Shock Wave Therapy placed a Siemens Sonocur in Springfield, Mass. on August 16, 2010.
